During this two-week online Journey, you will explore the science behind your hormonal lifecycle and learn about the key nutrients, supplements, and lifestyle choices that can help your chances of a healthy pregnancy.
It’s important to note that when your stress hormones are elevated, like cortisol, it can impact your chances of conceiving. This is why we’ll delve into mindfulness, yoga and embodiment techniques to help you manage stress and promote overall emotional well-being.
Sessions led by highly experienced fertility doctors and facilitators will combine cutting-edge hormonal and nutritional advice with movement, ancient wisdom and natural medicine to improve your understanding of body and mind during this time.

Everyone’s fertility journey is different. Guided by Kaylo’s wise & experienced practitioner Alex Hanly, this circle offers a safe, confidential space for you to share your deepest thoughts, feelings and hopes. Come together under Alex’s nurturing guidance for a transformative and uplifting experience, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect, share, and set intentions for the journey ahead.
Session 2: The Science Of Fertility Part 1 with Dr Jodie Peacock
Wednesday 7th June – 18:00 – 19:30 (90mins)
During this science-based session, naturopathic doctor Jodie Peacock will present evidence highlighting how stress can negatively impact fertility and conception. She’ll also discuss nutrition & specific supplements to enhance a person’s chances of becoming pregnant. This is your opportunity to get a deeper understanding of your body & learn how best to nourish, support & empower yourself during this time.
Session 3: Sophrology For Anxiety & Stress Management with Sophie McGrath
Thursday 8th June – 17:30 – 18:30 (60mins)
Combining Eastern practices & Western science, Sophrology weaves breathwork, relaxation, movement, meditation & visualisation into simple exercises designed to rebalance energy within the body. This can benefit you on your journey to parenthood. With practice, the body starts to soften & open, enhancing your chances of becoming pregnant while also releasing stress & awakening a more positive, compassionate mindset.
Session 4: Integration Voice Bath with Simone Niles
Friday 9th June 17:30 – 18:30
During this session, transformational coach and sound healer Simone will guide you through a unique blend of sound using vocal exercises, toning, and meditation, aiming to reduce the body’s stress levels, release negative emotions and tension in the body. This session can help you attain a state of deep relaxation and inner peace, supporting your body’s natural ability to conceive.
Session 5: The Science Of Fertility Part 2 with Dr Jodie Peacock
Monday 12th June 18:00 – 19:00
During this science-based session, naturopathic doctor Jodie Peacock will present evidence highlighting the impact of stress and environmental toxins on the body along with endocrine disruptors. This is your chance to gain insights into the ways these factors can affect your body and maximise your chances of becoming pregnant.
Session 6: Pleasure & Intimacy with Ludivine Rose
Tuesday 13th June – 17:00 – 18:30 (90mins)
During this session with intimacy guide Ludivine Rose, tension will be released so you can rekindle a connection with your body and your partner, bringing a sense of presence, love & embodiment – all of which lie at the heart of pleasure. This nourishing experience switches that internal narrative of anxiety & negativity to enjoyment, tenderness & pleasure.
Session 7: Embodiment Yoga & Sacred Sharing Circle with Alex Hanly
Thursday 16th June – 17:00 – 18:30 (90mins)
Drawing on her deep knowledge of yoga & movement medicine, Alex weaves simple & enjoyable physical postures with breathwork & meditation to finely tune the body’s energy pathways, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded & vibrantly alive. You will celebrate the beauty that is you & integrate all you have learnt to take into everyday life.
